Halo 4, Trailer - Forerunner Planet (Game may feature the forerunners AND Master Chief!)

Returning are Master Chief and Cortana - they are seemingly crashlanding on a secret world of the forerunners - the race that came before all of the current races and built the Halos.

Portal 2, DLC incoming

New Portal 2 DLC is already in the works and will be announced for the Summer of 2011. The game may have just come out within the past few days, but Valve isn't taking a break, yet. They're working full steam to make sure we get to have some awesome DLC as soon as possible.

Usually, Valve gives out DLC for free on the PC and I'm guessing that'll be the same for the PS3, since Steam is now on there (if they ever get PSN running again...). However, 360 users will probably have to pay for it, like usual.

Nintendo's Next gen console, Will use Blu-ray discs?

Nintendo has confirmed that their next generation console will be available at E3, this year. That is only about one month away, so we don't have long until we get to see this awesome new console. They have said it will be playable at the event.

The console is rumored to use blu-ray discs, stream video to four 1080p controllers at the same time (that's like processing four games at the same time!) and each of these controllers will have HD 1080p Touch screens. The new console is going to be far more powerful than the 360 or PS3 to handle these amazing features!

Nintendo Wii, price drops to $170, new console inbound

Nintendo has decided to go ahead and bring down the price on their Nintendo Wii; recently, there was a rumor that it would drop to $150. There is also the evidence of the new console coming out soon, which will probably be revealed at E3, or around the time of E3 this year; this will be in late May or early June.

Project Cafe is the current name of the new console being revealed soon; Nintendo has kept it a big secret, but there have been rumors and things that have escaped their stone walls. Now we know about how it will be more powerful than a 360 or PS3 - it will have a controller with an HD screen on it - and it will be backwards compatible with the Wii and the GameCube! (Far better than the 360 or PS3, in my opinion... at least the rumors)

Red Faction movie debuts on SyFy on June 4

Red Faction is getting the movie treatment, but some people wonder if this movie will be any good. The video-game-based movie is going to be about an ex-soldier that has gone through an entire war and survived, but not without huge personal losses to bear for the rest of his life.

He was married and had a daughter; his wife died during the war and his daughter was kidnapped. For unmentioned reasons, he rejoins the army and realizes that his own daughter is leading the anti-Red Faction military that is sparking a civil war on Mars!

I am looking forward to this movie - not because it's a video game, or because it's a game that I like - I love movies on the SyFy channel! I have yet to see a movie on that channel that is actually bad in any way. I hope for the best in this movie! June 4th is the debut, remember!

The Wii 2 - Reveal at E3 in June!?

Game Informer has said that the Wii 2 is coming soon; according to them, it is coming in June or sooner! New features include High Definition (...finally, Nintendo! 480p is just sooo old...) and a few other new things, I'm guessing - however, Game Informer didn't really mention much, nor did pcworld.com I wonder if the console will have 720p or 1080p? Or maybe higher... my television is 1200p! Some people have 1440p and even 1600p! YouTube even supports resolutions as high as 4k - (4096x3112) OR 3112p! Some are also saying the Wii 2 might support Blu-Ray discs, but that's just unsupported theories (so far...).

The Wii has been inferior to the other two consoles in many ways for years now; the only advantage it had over the 360 and the PS3 were the motion controls. After the PS3 and 360 came out with Move and Kinect, respectively, they were then fully superior and Wii sales started to drop. The 360 came out on top and is still on top, with the Kinect outselling Move and the Wii.

It seems that with all of the declining sales of the Wii, and the rumors that the Wii is coming down in price at the end of May (or beginning of June), the details from multiple sources, Wii's inferiority and few big game makers for the Wii - the Wii 2 may very seriously be around the corner.

I really want to see a Wii 2 (Wii successor - Nintendo doesn't usually call it the same thing as their previous installment). I loved some of the games on Wii, but it seems to me that the Wii just had very few that were good. The ones that were good were original, amazing, cool, awesome, different and whatever other positive word you could think up! I loved Metroid games, Mario games, Zelda, etc. However, I think it's time for a new installment in the line of Nintendo consoles, or they'll be stuck behind the other two consoles forever.

Ocarina of Time 3D - and other Nintendo games - RELEASE DATES

Nintendo has revealed the release dates for a bunch of their games on a bunch of consoles! Wii, DS, etc.

Ocarina of Time 3D for 3Ds comes Sunday, June 19th, 2011!
