1. Stephen King's working on a sequel to The Shining, featuring a grown up Danny Torrance. I wonder how closely they'll be linked to the vampires from Salem's Lot/Wolves of the Calla.
2. Fun fundraiser for the CBLDF - - there's an auction at eBay for a Get Out Of Bleeding Cool Free card which will allow the winner the chance to remove a story that Bleeding Cool has published, or prevent one specifically from being published.
3. "Last weekend at least 100 people were treated for piranha bites from beaches in Brazil's northeast."
4. Most high profile bloggers are blatantly collegial in reviewing other "celebrity works" so it was shocking to see Roger Ebert's latest book described as "rambling and insufferable."
